Postage & Pick-up Lowdown
Shipping.
We have both local pick up and Australia wide shipping available at The Earring Elves. All orders posted are Via Australia Post standard service with tracking provided. Unless otherwise stated, all items on our website are currently in stock ready to ship, orders will be dispatched within 2 business days, please contact us prior to checking out if you are requiring your order to be shipped as a priority & we'll do our best to accommodate. We cannot accept responsibility for any shipping delays or lengthy postage times as once your order leaves our hands the postage gods take over. If you experience any postal related issues or damage with your order upon delivery, please get in touch with us no less than 24 hours after delivery with clear images & as much detail as possible so that we can provide Australia Post with sufficient evidence. Â
Pick Up.
We have local pick up available for all items on our website unless stated otherwise. Due to our busy Schedule, we have two pick up days per week & processing time for these orders can vary between 2-3 business days at our busiest times. If this does not suit or you are requiring your order sooner, please select postage upon checkout. Once your order is prepared you will be emailed with our collection addresses and times available for the coming week. Unless we have received confirmation back from you of your chosen time & date slot your order will not be available for collection. Failure to show twice for an agreed pick up will result in an invoice being sent to you for shipping of your order.
Local Delivery.
Can’t get to us? No dramas we can come to you! Please select local delivery upon checkout & we will be in touch to advise of our upcoming delivery schedule. Leave a note at checkout of preferred time/date & we’ll do our best to accommodate!
