Returns.

Unfortunately due to the nature of our items we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind. If you do however find items to be faulty, please contact us as soon as the fault is discovered to organise a replacement item. Use of our products in any way in which the item was not intended for excludes the product from replacement.

 

Care Instructions.

To keep your earrings & accessories in tip top shape we strongly advise the following:

• Avoid contact with Water, Moisturisers, Perfumes & Deodorant.
• Avoid contact with Make up to prevent any staining especially to light coloured materials.
• Do not drop, bend or step on your earrings or hair accessories.
• Store in a cool place out of direct heat and sunlight. Failure to do so can cause your items to discolour & melt.

 

Disclaimer.

Whilst all care is taken in the creation of our products, faults can occur from time to time. Items purchased through The Earring Elves are not to be used by children under 5 years of age without direct adult supervision. Use of our products in any way in which the item was not intended for excludes the product from replacement.
